Make the Transition Back to Work Seamlessly

It can be hard to get back to an office routine when you’ve been on a break for an extended amount of time. Whether you take a break to go on a vacation or for maternity leave, to recover from an illness or as in the current situation, you’re working from home until the lockdown ends – the transition back to the work place can be a stressful experience.

  1. Go to bed on time
  2. Get your clothes ready the night before
  3. Take care of your health
  4. Leave work at the work place
  5. Involve your support system (this could include friends, family or even meditation)
